That means assessing existing systems, making architecture and build-or-buy decisions, and turning strategy into engineering delivery. I've led multidisciplinary teams across high-growth, customer-facing environments, from zero-to-one innovation through enterprise transformation.   August 2023 September 2024 Led the ANZ creative technology practice and served on the ANZ leadership team, accountable for technology strategy, delivery quality, team performance and partner capability. Led a cross-border engineering team delivering websites and mobile applications.

  Creative technology work from my time leading digital production at M&C Saatchi. Lexus Heartbeat Car was among the technology-led experiences launched by the M&C Saatchi practice. As Creative Technology Director, I managed a team of 50 designers, developers, animators and producers.
